His name is Joyvan Guevara a.k.a DJoy from Cuba, he lives in Havana and is a Professional DJ producer. DJoy de Cuba is the pioneer of the Cuban electronic scene. He studied at the academy of plastic arts in Havana, 3 years later he left the studies to dedicate himself completely to the music.

This is how in 1997 he gathered his friends and they went to a club called Atalier where he did the first electronic concept parties. Then it was concretized in 1998 with the help of the performing the LOVE PARADE plus DJ Hell who got his hands on a turntable for the first time. with his friend Michel Matos the Cuban electronic festival ROTILLA that lasted since 1998 (150 ravers) by 2010 (30,000 ravers) to later be taken over by the government. This festival was the voice of the new Cuban. 

DJoy de Cuba es el pionero de la escena electronica cubana. Estudio en la academia de artes plasticas en la Habana, a los 3 años dejo para dedicarse por completo a la musica.

Así fue como en el ano 1997 agrupo a sus amigos y se fueron a un club llamado Atalier donde hizo las primeras fiestas de concepto electrónico. Luego se concreto en el ano 1998 con la ayuda del equipo de realización del LOVE PARADE mas DJ Hell quien puso sus manos por primera vez en un turntable. Creo junto a su amigo Michel Matos el festival electrónico cubano ROTILLA que duro desde el 1998 (150 ravers) al 2010 (30 000 ravers) para despues ser apoderado por el gobierno. Este festival fue la voz de la nueva generación cubana.
